الآثار المجتمعية غير المباشرة لمشاركة الشباب بالتطبيق علي قطاعات العمل بمحافظة بني سويف

ملخص: في ضوء أطروحة باتمان الوصفية، قد يكون لممارسات مشاركة الشباب العامل (20-35 عاماً) في قطاعات العمل بمدينة ومركز بني سويف مجموعة من الآثار المجتمعية غير المباشرة. ومن خلال المنهج المسحي عبر عينة الحصة (417) مفردة،والملاحظات والمقابلات؛أظهرت أن الآثار أو "مهارات الفعالية السياسية الثلاث" تجلت فيما يلي (أ) إحداث الفارق في تنظيم بيئة العمل المدنية صوب التكافؤ،(ب) تحسين جودة بيئة العمل عبر احتواء العلاقات العامة والشخصية،(ج) تحقيق شروط التكامل الاجتماعي والسياسي؛وهي: الطاعة والاحترام،والولاء،والتحفيز على السلوك الحضاري،وبناء الحكم الصالح.

The Spillover effects of youth participation
Applying to the work sectors in Beni Suef Governorate
Abstract: In the light of Batman's descriptive thesis, the practices of the participation of working youth (20-35 years) in the work sectors in the city and center of Beni Suef may have a set of indirect societal effects. And through the survey methodology through the sample of the class (417) items, observations and interviews;The results showed that the effects of the "three skills of political effectiveness" were manifested in the following:(a) making a difference in organizing the civil work environment towards equality,(b) improving the quality of the work environment by containing public and personal relations,(c)achieving the conditions for social and political integration ; They are: obedience and respect, loyalty, motivation for civilized behavior, and building good governance.
